*NEET UG Counselling Registration Starts From Last Week Of October.*

MCC And State Counselling

Medical Counseling Committee or MCC will organise NEET UG 2022 counselling on behalf of DGHS. The process of counselling begins with registration and choice filling. The counselling is targeted only to 50% seats of All India Quota (AQI)seats in government colleges and 100% seats in private deemed universities, central universities like BHU and AMU, MCC will also conduct the counselling for AAFMC ESIC colleges and Delhi state medical colleges seats. The state counselling will be conducted by Director medical education for rest 50% seats in government medical colleges and 100% seats in states private medical colleges.
 There will be two rounds of online counselling followed by a mop-up round counselling; after registration and choice filling the counselling authority will announce the NEET UG 2022 results for the first round of seat allotment. In case any candidates do not get any seats in round 1 or want to go for the round 2, then they can fill fresh choices and lock them for round 2 of NEET UG  counselling. For left out seats there will be a mop-up round counselling. The process of counselling end after the result of seat allotment will get published by the relevant authority. 

NRI/IP/Management Admission Process

AS per the guidelines of the supreme court of India, the person from outside India are eligible to take admission in medical colleges in India, to study MBBS  in INDIA they must appear and qualify NEET-UG 2022 exams with required cutoff marks. The category for such candidates are defined as  – NRI –Non-Resident Indians, OCI- Outside Citizens of India, PIO -Person of Indian Origin and Foreign Nationals.
• To study MBBS in INDIA the persons under NRI, OCI, PIO has to check eligibility, rules and regulations framed by respective states/medical colleges.
• Foreign Nationals candidates have to confirm the eligibility with respective medical college/states.
• Institutional preference quota seats are colleges management seats which are filled by recommendation by the said medical colleges, the candidates have to check their eligibility with the colleges and the rule and regulation set by such medical college.
