The terms of this Agreement apply between you and YourChanakya(“YourChanakya”,”we”,”us”). Please read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and any other rules and policies provided or posted on the YourChanakya Platform or Mobile Application.

Subscription fees will be charged periodically based on the selected plan.
• Billing cycles are monthly or yearly, depending on the subscription term se lected. Through their account settings, users have the ability to easily manage their subscription preferences, whether it be upgrading, downgrading, or even cancelling their subscription.
This data contained on this portal is designed keeping in mind your requirements for the specific qualifying examinations. You can easily access the Counselling Content through the YourChanakya website or mobile application by subscribing to any of the plans.
Students/candidates who are below the age of 18 or have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, we kindly request the participation of an elder or a guardian while subscribing.
With the Subscription, you gain exclusive access to the Counselling Content available on the YourChanakya platform. This access is granted for a specific duration during the Subscription Period. The Subscription plan may have restrictions on the number of devices you can use. To subscribe to your preferred category, simply click on the Subscribe option, select the devices you want to use, and complete the payment for your chosen subscription plan.
To enjoy the valuable Counselling content, simply ensure that you have access to a personal computer, mobile device, or any other portable media player that meets the necessary system and compatibility requirements. These devices, known as “Compatible Devices,” may vary over time, and their compatibility may be influenced by software or systems provided by the device manufacturer or other third parties. Therefore, it’s possible that a device considered a Compatible Device today may not be in the future.
By paying the Subscription fee and abiding by all the terms of this Agreement, YourChanakya offers you a valuable opportunity. You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license during the Subscription Period. This license allows you to access and view the Counselling Content in alignment with the terms of this Agreement, solely for personal, non-commercial, and private use.
We may automatically revoke your access to Consulting Content from compatible devices after the expiration of your subscription period or subject to any restrictions set forth in this Agreement.
you cannot:
- Transmit, copy or display Consulting Content, except as permitted by this Agreement.
- Sell, rent, lease, distribute or transfer rights to the Consulting Content.
- Femove any proprietary notices or labels on the Consulting Content.
- Attempt to disable, circumvent, modify, overwrite or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other content protection system used as part of the Subscription.
- Use subscription or advisory content for commercial or unlawful purposes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Plan Modifications : YourChanakya reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Subscription Service or any part of the Subscription Service at any time and without notice (unless required by applicable law) and YourChanakya will not be liable to you.
- Refund : “Consultation content” provided under the subscription plan is detailed for each subscription plan and the user should validate the subscription plan, selected test category, device selected, etc. before making the required payment for the Subscription Plan you select. No refunds will be given once a subscription has been selected and payment has been made for the selected subscription.
- Reservation of Rights: Waiver Subscription Services and Consulting Content represent intellectual property rights protected by law. Our failure to require or enforce your strict compliance with the Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
- Disputes/Terms of Use : Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Subscription Services is subject to applicable law, excluding warranties and limitation of liability, any binding arbitration, and all other provisions of YourChanakya’s Terms of Use. You agree to these terms by using the Subscription Services.
- Limitation of Liability : In no event shall we be liable to you for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use or your inability to use the Subscription Services. An amount of not exceeding INR 500 (five hundred Indian rupees) or 50% of the payment made for the Subscription, whichever amount is less shall be paid. The limitations in this section will apply to you even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

- Severability : If any term or condition of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that part shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.
YourChanakya.com and its affiliates own and retain title to all Service Fees if the refund policy is not followed as set forth below. Anyone who makes payment for the Services or uses the Services agrees to these Terms when purchasing Plans and Services through YourChanakya. REFUNDS OF VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTIONS
Please note that the amount purchased in the package is non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case due to payment gateway errors or any other transaction errors and omissions, payments are made outside the purchased package, you can contact us officially, with proof Evidence of overpayment and your “refund request” for the excess amount only will be subject to an internal investigation, which may be approved or denied depending on the nature of each case. It may take 7-15 business days to process the claim.
