The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Chennai will conduct counselling for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG Medical Admission 2021 . The application form of Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2021 will be made available from  *Second week of October 2021, for government medical PG seats as well as private management quota medical PG seats. Candidates those who successfully submit the application form will be included in the state merit list, which will be released after registration process is completed. The merit list for Tamil Nadu NEET PG Admission 2021 will allot the state rank to the candidates on the basis of which the counselling will be conducted. The Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021 will start from the *Second week of October 2021. The Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021 will take place for admission to courses like Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and Postgraduate Diploma courses. The total seat intake for 50% State Quota will be approximately around 823 seats for the academic year 2021. The admission to Tamil Nadu PG courses will be on the basis of NEET PG score and the preferences that the candidates will submit in the counselling process.

Tamil Nadu PG Medical Admission 2021 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be a citizen of India and should have completed MBBS degree along with the compulsory rotatory residential internship (CRRI) from Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates those who have not completed their MBBS degree from an Institute located in Tamil Nadu must show a certificate of nativity supported by a document (Passport/Aadhaar Card/Voter’s ID/Driving License).
• Candidates must have qualified NEET PG 2021 for Tamil Nadu PG Admission 2021.
• It is mandatory to complete compulsory rotatory internship before August 31, 2021.
• The institute from where MBBS degree is completed must be recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
• Candidates those who possess MBBS degree other than recognized by Dr. MGR Medical University should produce an Eligibility Certificate.

Tamil Nadu PG Medical Admission Registration Form 2021

The registration form for Tamil Nadu NEET PG Admission 2021 will be released on *Second week of October in online mode only. DME, Tamil Nadu will released the Tamil Nadu NEET PG registration form 2021 for government as well as management quota seats. The last date to submit Tamil Nadu PG medical application form is *3rd week of October, 2021. Candidates seeking admission to Tamil Nadu NEET PG Admission 2021 will be required to take a printout of the registration form and send it via post to the conducting body. Tamil Nadu PG medical application fee is INR 3,000 which should be paid through online mode.

Tamil Nadu PG Merit List 2021

The merit list for Tamil Nadu PG Admission 2021 is expected to be released on *4th week of October, 2020. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in NEET PG exam and the additional weightage marks awarded to eligible in-service candidates and have worked in remote areas. Tamil Nadu PG merit list 2021 for state and management quota seats will be different. The merit list for Tamil Nadu PG Admission 2021 will contain details such as candidate’s name, state rank, roll no., community, service, total marks and community rank.

Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021

Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021 is scheduled to be held most likely in the *2nd  week of October, 2021. The counselling for Tamil Nadu PG Admission 2021 will be conducted in three rounds including a mop-up round. The TN NEET PG Counselling 2021 will be held in offline mode only. The conducting body will release an official notice before starting the Tamil Nadu PG Counselling. The notice will contain ranks of the candidates called for Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021. The result of Tamil Nadu PG Counselling 2021 will be released in the form of the seat allotment list.
