UP NEET-UG Counselling 2020 : Seat Resignation

The candidates who want to resign from the allotted seats in the first round (All India or State) Counseling of UP NEET UG-2020 can present their resignation letter related to that particular seat and can submit at the respective document verification centre (where there documents were verified) .

Directorate of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (UPDGME) has released the notice coming soon in 2020 regarding resignation from the allotted seat, according to which, as a result of resignation 10% of tuition fees submitted at the time of admission will be deducted and the rest of it plus security fees will be returned to the candidate, which they can receive during round 2 counselling from the respective nodal centre (where the security DD was submitted by the candidate).

UP MBBS Counseling 2020: Notification for candidates who have been allotted seat in round 1

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round of NEET-UG 2020 shall complete the admission procedure at government medical colleges/institute/university and at the nodal centres named by authorities.

  • Security money for the government institutes Rs.30,000/- and private Medical institutes Rs.1.00 Lakh and private Dental colleges Rs.2.00 Lakh has been submitted earlier by the candidate at the nodal centre in the form of DD, which will not be added/adjusted in the fees of medical colleges.
  • Candidates who have been allotted government seat shall complete the admission procedure at the respective government medical colleges/Institutes/University.
  • Candidates who has been allotted private seat shall complete the admission procedure at the nodal centre mentioned in the allotment letter? CTS bank draft of Tuition fees of private Medical/Dental college, which is decided by the private medical/dental college itself, should be in favour of Director General Medical Education and Training, UP. Payable at Lucknow and candidates will have to submit the draft at the nodal centre.
  • During the admission process, the candidate will have to submit his/her original documents. Candidates who have joined the seat allotted from the All India Quota will have to bring no objection certificate and receipt of tuition fees from the joined Medical/Dental college only after that admission will be considered as valid and with this candidates have to submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.10 in which it should be declared by the candidate that he/she will get their original documents from the allotted college in round 1 and will submit them documents to the nodal centre otherwise seat of the candidate will be considered as vacant and will be added for round 2 counselling.
  • Candidates who have been allotted seats but didn’t join the allotted seat, in that case, security fees submitted by the candidate will be forfeited. If they want to participate in the second round of counselling they will have to submit again the security fees.
  • Candidates who have been allotted seats in round 1 but wish to upgrade their seat, they can participate in round 2 counselling only after completing the admission process.
  • During the second round of counselling security fees/ hostel fees of the private medical/dental college, in which the candidate wants to join, will be deposited by the candidate just after the allotment of the seat.
