MCC PG MEDICAL COUNSELLING 2019 : ROUND 2
NEET PG MEDICAL ADMISSION 2019 :Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the seat matrix for the NEET PG 2019 Second Round , the fresh registration for Second Round MCC Counselling will start from 5th of April for Online Seat Allotment/Counselling for remaining/vacant All India Quota and private Deemed universities seats for admission to PG medical courses like MD/MS/MCh /DM, for the academic year 2019-2020. Candidates who are already registered are eligibleto log in with their credentials and participate in second roundof MCCCounselling 2019 ,the candidates who doesn’t got seat in round 1 mcc counseling can do fresh choice locking and the candidates who got the seat in MCC Counselling Round one and show willingness for upgradationcan also do fresh choice locking .

NEET PG Counselling 2019: Exit rules from Round 1
All candidates participating in NEET PG Counselling 2019 who do not want to take admission on the allotted seat in Round 1, need not report at the allotted institute. However, after availing Free Exit candidates will have no claim on the allotted seat. The candidates who want to retain their allotted seat and give willingness for up gradation, should report to the allotted institute and the candidates who avail Free Exit need not register again for Round 2. Candidates can directly fill their choices for Round 2 NEET PG Counselling 2019.
It is for the information to all the candidates and the institutes / colleges participating in Online Counselling for NEET PG 2019 that in reference to numerous requests received from candidates, the last date to resign from the seat allotted in the Round 1 Counselling for NEET PG 2019 has been extended. The final / extended last date to resign from the seat allotted in the Round 1 NEET PG Counselling 2019 is 08-04-2019 till 05:00 PM. All such candidates who wish to resign from their seats allotted in Round 1 of NEET PG Counselling 2019, must physically report at the allotted institute for the purpose of resignation from their allotted seat.
The Diploma courses which were denotified for conversion to Degree seats by Medical Council of India, have been renotified by the Ministry. These Diploma seats will be taken up in the Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling 2019 as per the rules and regulations of MCI and Court directions in All India PG Counselling 2019.
SEAT MATRIX FOR NEET PG ROUND 2 COUNSELLING :
According to the Round 2 seat matrix, 5481 seats have been newly added due to non-joining in NEET PG Round 1 Counselling 2019. The NEET PG Round 2allotmentresult mentions NEET PG All India Rank, actual and allotted category of candidates, roll number and name of college allotted.In case of any discrepancy in the NEET PG 2019 Counselling result, candidates need to inform the MCC official immediately. NEET PG 2019 Round 2 Counselling is done on the basis of merit rank of aspirants secured in the PG entrance exam. Candidates those who fail to attend this process will not be considered for the NEET PG Admission 2019 process. Also separate lists are published for both Medical and Dental courses. The NEET PG Registration for AIQ Round 2 Counselling has begun and candidates can exercise their choices till April 09, 2019.The NEET PG Round 2 Seat Allotment will be held on April 10, 2019 followed by NEET PG Round 2 Counselling. Candidates have to report at the allocated medical college from April 13 – April 22, 2019.After the completion of Round 2, MCC will transfer the vacant seats to the respective state counselling authorities.Candidates those for whom seats have been allotted will be required to join the allotted college/course within stipulated time, else the allotted seat will be cancelled. Candidates joined in the Round 2 of counseling will not be allowed to resign/leave the seat and they will not be allowed in any other counseling as well. No up gradation will be allowed from the Round 2 to DGHS Mop Up round. No provision for up gradation facility would be provided in the Round 2 of NEET PG Counselling 2019.
